The language combinations with the highest demand are translations from English,
German, French into Spanish and vice versa.

Quote for services
In order to build your personalised quote for a translation project,
we only require you the number of words, the type of text, the formatting
and the deadline.
Nevertheless, I would advise you to attach your documents to create your fully customized quote.
What are the steps in the translation process?
In the translation process we have to follow a sequence of steps to guarantee
the best possible results of our services.
1) Analysis of the Text and Quote
We take into account not only the type of the document and the additional information
sent by the client (glossaries, translation memories, paralell texts, etc.),
but also the linguistic service required, the language combination and the deadline
to build the personalised quote.
2) Translation
Once the client has accepted our quote, the translation process starts.
This process includes: the reading and analysis of paralell texts and publications on the subject,
the accurate transfer from source language to target language.
When the translation has been completed, the translator begins the “self-check phase”,
which consists on the global revision of the text looking for spelling and grammatical mistakes,
inevitable inconsistencies, repetitions and omissions.
3) Review Process
For this third step in the translation project, we rely on another native translator
specialised in the field. This process is divided in two phases: a detailed comparison
with the original text and the final reading of the translation so as to improve even
more the naturalness and fluency.
4) Delivery / sending to the customer
The translation is sent by e-mail to the customer.
This digital document is in the same format as the original text.
In the case of certified translations, your translation is scanned
and sent in advance and then the original document is posted and delivered
to the address you provided us.

5) Customer feedback
Finally, our customers are asked for feedback, which will help Essence Idiomas
improve and learn from mistakes.
